Shipping and Returns
- We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Keep in mind that we’re closed on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. Custom Order ship times can take slightly longer depending on complexity.
- Orders are then shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). When your product ships, you’ll receive another email with the tracking information. Ground shipping through USPS usually takes between 1 to 5 business days for delivery.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
- Shipping rates vary by the combination of products ordered. We offer free ground shipping to the United States on Grille Inserts, Vent Decals, and Side Window Decals. Other products shipping costs vary by product type.
- We offer expedited shipping based on item and location to the Continental United States. Exact costs are offered at checkout and vary by product and location.
- International shipping costs vary by location, items ordered and shipping method. Available shipping methods are presented at checkout.
- All advertised free shipping offers apply to orders shipped to the Continental US only.

- Unused items can be returned for a refund. Customer pays for return shipping unless there is damage to the product.

Report an Order Problem
If your order is late, missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have other concerns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To expedite your request, please include your order number and any applicable photos of the damage or issue you're reporting.
