I have been feeling real left out lately. First, I haven't been getting a lot of Jeep waves. If I had to estimate it's probably 1 out of every 10 Jeeps.
And now this... I'm a member of the JK Forum and they sent this newsletter.

I thought it was pretty funny and then started to go back through my mind remembering what stupid questions I get asked. Well -- there are no questions period, let alone stupid questions. I just seem to get stupid comments or I like to call them judgements.
I'm starting to take it personally and thinking maybe something is wrong with me.
Instead of "What kind of MPG does your Jeep get?" I get "You know the Jeep gets horrible gas mileage." Then there's the "A Jeep is a really rough ride" DUH!!! -- or "Driving a Jeep can be real noisy". And then there are those judgemental folks who feel it's necessary to point out how unsafe a Jeep is for a mom to drive her kids around in.
Oh and of course then it's those snarky comments about my Jeep being my mid-life crisis car. I just look at them and smile -- thinking "you idiot -- it's not a car" -- wishing I would have gone through my mid-life crisis when I was in my 20's and bought my Jeep then!
And TTTHHHEEEEENNNN all those big macho guys who have to make it sound like their trucks or SUV's are so much faster and tougher and can go places my Jeep can't go -- HAHAHA -- or their engines are bigger. When in the first place I was never trying to make it a contest of bigger or better.
I just write it all off to they are just jealous.
So... the next time someone asks you a stupid Jeep question just smile, answer and be thankful you don't have to have your Jeep put down or criticized like me.
Plus, it might just be me asking those stupid question. I seem to have a lot of them lately as I make my way through the process of modifying my Jeep.
