Well, I am happy to say they know there is an issue and are fixing it. I came home to an email from the manager of the program. However, it sounds like this has been a widespread problem.
I am looking forward to finally getting my trail badges! I will proudly display them on my Jeep.

We have experienced some processing delays and delivery issues with the latest round of badge shipments. Many of you may be wondering where your badges are or may have received the incorrect badge in the past week. We are aware of the issue and are currently working to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
I am very sorry for the delay and incorrect shipments. I will provide an update when we start re-delivering the badges. We are working on this as a high priority so it will be a quick turn-around. We appreciate your patience in this matter and will continue to make enhancements to ensure this does not happen again.
