I am excited to announce a fellow Jeeper friend, CPO from http://overclock3d-jku.com has agreed to work with me, help me, and share his knowledge of all things Jeep with me. Which in turn I will share with you.
What would be really cool is, if I could teach him something about Jeeps. Maybe someday.
So on to what new thing I learned today. As you know the
doors of the Jeep Wrangler can be removed. I have only removed them once. That was my Sahara in the Summer of 2013. Only once because it was a little freaky driving around with my kids in the back seat. Yeah, I am ashamed to say my Rubicon has not been doorless, only topless. I hope to do more doorless driving this summer.
What I didn't know is that gunk can get in your hinges, and you should "de-gunkify" and lubricate your door hinges. Check out this video from CPO on how easy it is.
I have also added this awesome Jeep Tip to my Jeep Tips page.
If you have a Jeep Tip to share please contact me!
